Alternatively, SharePoint offers a dedicated solution \u2013 <em>news<\/em> <em>pages<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>News is created similarly to &#8220;regular&#8221; pages. They can be simple and short or more sophisticated and presented with eye-catching web parts like \u2013 images, videos, etc.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>News is promoted and then displayed in several places \u2013 on the SharePoint start page, mobile app, and Teams channels. Fortunately, it is possible to set it up with some other out-of-the-box components. The inquiry could be the section\u2019s title and the explanation its content. What is more, you can mark sections as collapsible, so that users can easily browse them. You can redirect users to the list\u2019s page, or you can embed it on a standalone page among other content, similar to a document library. Some of them can be configured by \u201cregular\u201d users, while other ones by IT specialists. A great entry point for beginners is Microsoft Forms. It is a tool used to create <em>flows<\/em>, i.e. automated processes. <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-automate\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" >Power Automate<\/a> can be easily connected with other Microsoft applications \u2013 including Microsoft Forms and SharePoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>What\u2019s next?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After designing and configuring the portal and creating pages, libraries and lists, all content should be published.
