Was it sparked by a strategic pivot, a regulatory nudge, a customer crisis, or someone&#8217;s personal crusade?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Understanding true motivation helps you make informed decisions when the pressure is on. It also gives you insight into what success will feel like, not just what it looks like on a dashboard.&nbsp; Lean Six Sigma tells us to listen to the <em>Voice of the Customer<\/em>.
