Zacznijmy od tego, czym jest zapotrzebowanie na zakup. Jest to dokument wewn\u0119trzny, kt\u00f3ry pozwala na zg\u0142oszenie zapotrzebowania na kupno towar\u00f3w lub us\u0142ug oraz przej\u015bcie wewn\u0119trznej \u015bcie\u017cki akceptacji zgodnie z okre\u015blonymi warunkami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wyobra\u017amy sobie, \u017ce kierownik chce z\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 zapotrzebowanie na zakup odzie\u017cy ochronnej dla swoich pracownik\u00f3w oraz zorganizowa\u0107 szkolenie BHP dla nowych os\u00f3b. Po z\u0142o\u017ceniu zapotrzebowania przejdzie ono przez \u015bcie\u017ck\u0119 akceptacji, tzw. Today I am going to show you how purchase requisition process can be completed in MS Dynamics 365<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s start with a definition of purchase requisition. It\u2019s an internal document that enables requesting purchase of items and services as well as completing internal approval process in accordance with specified conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s look at the simplified process scheme. For example, manager wants to request purchasing protective clothing and organize OHS training for new workers. After submitting a requisition it needs to be approved in a Workflow. At this stage, there will be a decision, whether requisition has to be approved by supervisor and it is necessary to send RFQ, results of which will update purchase requisition. Then, it will be approved again and finally a purchase order will be created. Alternatively, because of low value of requisition, it may be accepted automatically and a purchase order is created instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
