The challenge
The direct objective of the training focused on PRINCE2® Foundation, Scrum Master, and Scrum Product Owner was to support and raise the level of the project maturity by:
- ensuring implementation repeatability of individual projects through the developed management standard
- selection of appropriate initiatives for implementation on the basis of developed evaluation methods
What we did
- We held discussions with a key decision-maker on the client’s side to determine exactly what the client needed and expected from the workshop
- We conducted three 2-day training sessions preparing attendees for the exams and increasing their knowledge of these areas within the organization
