Implementation of the tool supporting the work of regional advisers of corporate client and allowing the management of the sales department to monitor sales KPI.

  • Design and implementation of a system supporting the sales of bank’s products and its monitoring based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
  • Data migration from MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 system.

  • Training and documentation for business users and IT.
