What we did
- Analysis of the processes and procedures for waste management in GZDiZ.
- Design and performance of inhabitants service system, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
- Training the end users.
- Providing the implementation documentation:
- instructions for users,
- business process diagrams in BPMN 2.0,
- diagram of the relationship between the data in the system,
- description of prepared forms and fields.
- System supporting the waste management service in over 30 000 real estates.
- A unified flow of information from the inhabitants by GZDiZ to companies exporting waste.
- Automatic e-mail notifications to inhabitants in creating and closing submissions.
- Implementation of the system in the customer’s environment (on-premise licenses).
- Direct access to the system by external companies..
