Sales and service modules for print industry
Upgrade from Dynamics CRM 4.0 to CRM 2015 in order to increase usability and functionalities in sales and services modules. The project was a pilot implementation within a group.
What we did
- Implementation of Dynamics CRM 2015 in sales (including automated offer creation).
- Implementation of Dynamics CRM 2015 in services (including contract management, creating service reports and machine management).
- Advanced reporting for executives in sales & service.
- Integration with Signotec – signature capturing devices.
- Better support of the sales process.
- Ability to run a more advanced service process.
- Timely and adequate information for the Board.
- Time savings for servicemen thanks to integration with Signotec.
