Paweł Fabryczewski is the Head of Procure to Pay (P2P) Delivery at ABB Global Business Services Center in Cracow.
He previously held leadership roles within ABB’s IT delivery function, including the IS delivery hub lead role.
His interest areas are a combination of management, human-centered design and IT, with a major focus on design and delivery of a meaningful customer and employee experience.
For over a decade, Paweł worked abroad for a global consulting company, in the area of supply chain management. He led and contributed to the success of numerous organizational, business process and IT optimization projects across various industries, ranging from high-tech, automotive, insurance and finance to retail and e-commerce.
Paweł holds an MBA degree in Business and IT from the Technical University of Munich, Germany and the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Katarzyna Józefowicz is responsible for Wroclaw site’s operations and implementing the global Credit Suisse strategy in Wroclaw. She is a President of the Board of Polish legal entity of Credit Suisse and is accountable for effective oversight of activities, monitoring and escalations of all control, regulatory and jurisdictional issues related to Wroclaw site.
As the site head she represents Wroclaw Site and Group Operations at forums like Service Co Management Committee and EMEA Operations Regional Management Committee and works closely with the global functional managers to support their deployment strategy and its implementation. Ms. Józefowicz serves as a trustee in Credit Suisse EMEA Charity Foundation.
She joined Credit Suisse in January 2015 from Citibank where she was a Head of Assets Management for Citibank Poland. She has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial industry and her previous roles covered finance, treasury, sales, distribution and marketing. She worked in Poland, Italy, Japan and India.
Ms. Józefowicz holds MS and Engineer degrees from Warsaw University of Life Science, postgraduate diploma in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics and MBA from University of Minnesota. She is also a chartered accountant and a member of ACCA.

Martin Geyer defined the nearshoring strategy for SIX in 2016 as part of the SIX Shoring & Sourcing Management and built up the Global Business Solutions in Warsaw. Since 2018 he has been leading the GBS and living in Warsaw.
Previously, Martin managed the Outsourcing and Offshoring Desk of Credit Suisse Switzerland, and has worked as a Senior Consultant for Outsourcing and Offshoring services for Swiss companies in the financial industry for the last 30 years.

Strategically oriented with a drive to simplify complexity, he has been building, developing & transforming high-performing teams across processes and geographies.

Maciej Kulbat is leading a team of over 300 professionals at Barry Callebaut Shared Services Center delivering a broad variety of services: Finance, MDM, HR, Customer Care, Logistics, IT incl. Business Applications, Project and Program Management. Previously he was heading AVON Captive Centers in Poland and Russia. Maciej is a certified accountant and EMBA graduate of Townson University. For 12 years at Infosys BPO, he gained leadership experience in diverse roles, mainly in the area of finance operations and program management. Currently, he holds the position of European Head of Business Consulting Services. His expertise also includes advisory support for the Financial SSC market, global transitions and outsourcing in Poland, China, India, USA, Manila and South Africa.

Tomasz Leśniewski is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz and the Executive MBA Program at the University of Illinois.
He has been closely associated with the modern service industry in business since the very beginning of his professional career.
For the last 15 years he has been working as a specialist and manager in the service industry. Tomasz has been involved with the Clariant company, where he works as the Head of Shared Service and Board Member, for 6 years.

Working in different regions and cultures, he realized that trying different solutions and opening up to other markets can be advantageous and enriching. Luis strongly believes that being a leader is synonymous with being a great coach, at the same time promoting hard work, continuous training and active learning.

Ryszard Pytko has been working at Sii Poland since February 2011. It is then that he started preparations for the opening of Sii Cracow – Sii’s fifth Polish branch. Under his management, the branch grew dynamically to win the yearly award for the best Sii site in 2016. Also, he led the Sii Katowice establishment project. In March 2017, Ryszard was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer and is currently responsible for the sales strategy, processes and management, as well as supervising the Recruitment Department and Delivery Centers. Work is both his passion and source of satisfaction.
