The company’s objective is to create the most modern workplace possible, which in 5 years will accommodate nearly 1 100 employees. In May 2017 more than 700 engineers will take over 5 floors of the skyscraper, covering 6,5 thousand. sq. m of office space. Such facilities as: a gym, climbing wall, relax rooms, game zones with billiards, ping pong tables, game consoles, a room for breast-feeding mums, a space for kids, and lots of other attractions will appear in the office.
Michael Desmurs, Sii Gdansk Branch Director says – Our office will first of all be a place, where people work and carry out technologically advanced IT projects. Yet, we know that comfortable work conditions, team integration and the possibility to relax, contribute to higher employee satisfaction and higher effectiveness. Employees feel a stronger bond with the employer and become more motivated – both sides benefit.
In Olivia Star, soon there will be an employee-friendly office space, that will make Sii stand out from other IT companies. Offices which are equipped only with chairs and desks are a relic of the past.
There is not much time left to Sii’s great moving to its new seat, so works on the interiors are very advanced. The official opening of the new office is planned for May 2017.
