Referring to the recommendations related to coronavirus on limiting meetings, we are open to conducting online recruitment interviews through video conferences.

We are looking for E-commerce Business Analysts to join our E-Commerce & Customer Experience Competency Center.

E-Commerce & Customer Experience is a department where we implement solutions which improves on-line channels of our customers in area of e-commerce and content platforms with big attention to customer experience aspect. Projects are in the field of Customer Experience / User Experience, web platform implementation, web analytics, related advisory and audits services. Our customers located in many industries: from retail and consumer goods thru financial services to high-tech. We are mainly working in agile methodologies on medium and large size customers from Poland and from abroad.

As a E-Commerce Business Analyst you will support us with effective identification of our Customers business needs and preparing solution proposals together with Web Architects as well as current system analysis during project delivery phase. If you have minimum 4-5 years of experience as E-Commerce Analyst / Web Analyst / E-Commerce Specialist and good written and spoken English skills - Join Us!

Your role
  • Identifying business needs and proposing related IT solutions
  • Supporting presales activities
  • Benchmarking of e-commerce trends
  • Identifying and applying the best-fit solutions for our Customers
  • Cooperation with Architects, Developers, UX Designers and Testers on a daily basis during project delivery
  • Monitoring performance KPIs for e-commerce activities and changes in trends
  • Sharing insights and making recommendations to Customers
  • Measuring site usability/effectiveness
  • Presenting actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices
  • Provide queries and data outputs for campaign sizing, segmentation, reports and dashboards
  • Support customer teams with the analysis of website conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
  • Support customers in creation of meaningful reports to track web and campaign performance, aligning to business objectives
  • Tag management, 3rd party marketing tags and analytics implementations support
