We are looking for an HR Administrator with minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position and very good English skills. You will develop an HR reporting solutions and you have experience in setting up HR processes and reporting. 

• Developing an efficient reporting solution
• Using office 365, SharePoint and other tools to automate taskforce reporting
• Managing projects to setup data transfer from country based time systems to SAP BW
• Initiating and implementing process changes and automations across HR processes
• Participating in projects related to improving efficiency and work quality
• Maintaining positive relationships with business partners
• Providing information and sharing knowledge with the team members
• Updating documentation in connection with the adaptation of new HR processes
