We’re looking for a Merchandising, Apparel & Gadget Lead to provide Polonia Warszawa’s fans and Sii workers with great-quality apparel, merchandising & gadgets and in the future offer them to the public. The person holding this position will be responsible for every step in the process, from product development, e-commerce shops management, customer service, logistics to marketing!

Essential skills:

• At least 2 years’ experience in project management, e-commerce, marketing or product management
• Effective time management and ability to multitask
• Readiness to work with different personality types
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-management skills
• Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment
• Readiness to remain in a standing position for a longer time and occasionally carry heavy items
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights and weekends
• Good knowledge of English
• Love for football – preferably for Polonia Warszawa
  Your role
  • Manage merchandising & gadget strategy for both Sii & Polonia
  • Manage products, product creation, product purchasing
  • Build and increase awareness of Sii’s &Polonia’s merchandising brands
  • Manage and develop two e-commerce shops for Polonia & Sii
  • Manage the selling of products via online stores and physical selling to Polonia’s fans on matchdays
  • Take care of customer service and resolve complaints
  • Manage day-to-day operations, finance, administration, plan sales, budget and supplies
  • Develop marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, promotion, photo shoots, video production, graphic design, copywriting 
  • Manage relations with suppliers and sign contracts on advantageous terms
  • Take care of logistics, plan order delivery, arrange transport and track order completion
  • Optimize warehouse management and supervise the stock inventory
