We are looking for a business-oriented Junior Business Manager who will join Sii branch in Lodz. As Junior Business Manager you will be responsible for business development, cooperation with clients from Poland and Switzerland as well as establishing good relations with clients and candidates.

On this position, you must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and very good written and spoken English. Proven experience within the IT sector and in IT recruitment, technical university degree are nice to have.

• Searching Sii database for candidates matching Customer's criteria
• Contacting candidates and verifying them in relation to Customer's needs
• Contact with Client regarding requirements, recruitment process, then sending the offer, arranging interviews, preparing candidates before meetings and gathering feedback
• Coordinating the talent acquisition process with Sii Competency Centers
• Supporting candidates withing processing documentation necessary for the recruitment process
• Search for other ways of recruiting candidates, e.g. headhunting via LinkedIn
• Supporting general account management under the supervision of a Senior Account Executive
• Responsibility to meet KPIs set by Customer
• Active prospection for new Customers according to the strategy set by a Senior Account Executive
• Close cooperation with Competency Centers, Administration, and Human Resources departments
