This is an opportunity to join one of the strongest business units in Sii, and act alongside a senior Account Executive to develop business with one of the high profile Customers, a well-known multinational brand.

In this position, you must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and very good written and oral English. Proven experience in recruitment in the IT sector and a technical university degree are nice to have.

• Actively prospect new Clients according to the strategy set by the Regional Director
• Direct contact with the representatives of clients
• Contact with clients regarding their requirements, the recruitment process, then sending them an offer, arranging interviews, preparing candidates before meetings and gathering feedback
• Searching the Sii database for candidates matching client criteria
• Contacting candidates and verifying them in relation to the client’s needs
• Supporting candidates and processing all the necessary documentation for and during the recruitment process
• Searching for other ways of recruiting candidates, e.g. headhunting via LinkedIn
• Supporting general account management under the supervision of the Regional Director
• Close cooperation with Competency Centers, Administration, and Human Resources departments
