Required skills:

• Background in a testing (manual or automation) 
• Min. 4 years of experience as a Test Leader/Manager 
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Have great attention to detail
• Strong verbal and Written communication skills
• Be active listener
• Have negotiation Skills
• Foresee potential issues and risk

• Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of the project
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
• Deploying and managing resources for testing
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement
