• Hiring and line managing team of consulting IT engineers (developers, testers etc.)
• Building great and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Cooperating with Recruitment Department in terms of searching for and employing the best candidates
• Maintaining professional contact with candidates and building good relationships with them
• Being responsible for achieving KPI’s
• Supporting implementation of effective strategies aiming at developing business and winning against competitors

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience on IT recruitment or IT sales positions (seniority and managerial position depends on your experience)
• Very good English skills
• Attitude for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Determination and ambition to achieve targets
• Ability to plan and organize own workflow and team’s work, prioritize tasks, and focus on timeliness of problem-solving
• Openness, excellent communication skills
• Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as Line Manager
