Support and lead change projects as part of Global Operations Europe Transformation Programme, which includes process improvement, operational excellence, migrations, organizational redesign, digitization, RPA, etc. You will identify and assess opportunities for change and show the possible direction of travel.

• Leading the change of process improvement, operational excellence, migrations, organizational redesign, digitization, and process automation
• Supporting Operations Transformation as a function – contributing to its knowledge, methods, tools, and standards
• Maintaining and ensuring proper compliance with the Internal Control Standards and the Group's Compliance Policy
• Timely implementing recommendations issued by internal/external auditors and external regulators

• At least 5 years of experience working transformation or operational change within financial services or other large complex organizations
• Solid experience in directing new proposition design and operating model design 
• Ability to use Design Thinking approach framework 
• Extensive project management skills and experience in managing complex projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Extensive experience in senior stakeholder management
• Proven experience in effective project planning, escalations, and risk management
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies of project delivery
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, JIRA, MS Project
