Join Sii as a Business Analyst. You will join the team, that is driving the analysis of production critical incidents and is working closely with stakeholders from the production support team and BAU business stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across IT/support/Business teams to learn and support strategic liquidity risk systems with high business visibility and regulatory importance

• Work in MTB team as business support SME and ensure the stability of MI production systems
• 3rd line Business Application Support on analysis of business queries and incidents on internally developed applications
• Gain the operations knowledge of Global MI applications to be able to diagnose & address application, systems, and database issues
• Closely liaise with production and various platform services team. Examine potential areas for functional Improvement and raise proposals
• Provide functional leadership and priorities of the MTB Support team’s workload
• Interact with internal teams and product SME to troubleshoot and resolve business incidents within the required SLA
• Involve in the prioritization of bug fixes and regression testing coordination with business and require IT stakeholders
• Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management)

• Strong analytical skills, understanding the business logic
• Perform data analysis to support validation of requirements and develop a prototype of functional solutions
• Provide support and analysis for various business incidents
• Liaising with support and internal stakeholders as necessary to fulfill service requests, resolve incidents, and manage problem resolution
• Assume ownership and accountability for the assigned deliverables through all phases of the development lifecycle. You are able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and oral are required

Nice to have:

• Background in mathematics/statistics is a plus
• Familiarity with IT platforms and understanding of all phases of an application development life cycle and development methodologies
