In our Business Advisory & BPO Competency Center we’re currently looking for an experienced Business Manager. Your principle role will be to ensure strong oversight and control of finances and operational activities including workforce, vendor and resource management.

Your role

Working with hiring managers and teams globally to execute against resource plans and ensure resource demand is met
Ensuring excellent quality of workforce data and alignment of data across relevant tools and systems
Building and managing a clear view of vendor requirements and working with vendors to deliver against requirements
Identifying and pursuing sustainable cost saving opportunities and ensuring excellent financial discipline across team
Working closely with members of COO function to ensure continued engagement and knowledge of operational principles
Managing a Business Management support team to ensure strong financial and operational management
Maintaining and observing internal control standards, implementing compliance policy

Your skills

Strong Excel skills
5+ years of professional experience in a large global organization, preferably in an IT department or shared service organization
Strong stakeholder management/relationship management
Ideally prior experience in workforce management and leading workforce transformation initiatives desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
Experience of working on a global scale (i.e. across timezone & geography and with remote teams)
