Join Sii as an IT Risk & Control Specialist. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team with a challenging function and a priority role. You will be a part of a highly energized team that is focused on solving some of the most challenging topics facing the IT organization.

• Managing IT Risk & Controls for IWM Technology and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
• Driving the reduction of IT risk in partnership with control functions including internal and external auditors
• Working as part of a team of subject matter experts to tackle complex problems and propose suitable solutions
• Identifying improvement opportunities in our Risk and Control culture through active engagement with key IT functions
• Reporting on a range of IT Risk & Control topics to ensure visibility with senior management and own risk themes for the division
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with other control functions at a senior level

• Communication skills in English
• Problem-solving skills, break down larger issues and drive smaller steps to closure
• IT Risk awareness (CISM from ISACA or similar)
• Passion for improving risk position and driving results in a challenging environment
