We are now looking for a Program Manager to lead production programs within Infotainment and User Experience. You will have full product development and lifecycle responsibility for Android-based infotainment products. To your help, you will have an enthusiastic global team engaged in Europe, Asia, and North America. In your daily work, you will interact with and lead all competencies. We expect you to have proven leadership skills from global and multicultural programs for similar products. You will also have a very tight relationship and communication with customers and suppliers.

• Lead project management activities through the Product Development Process
• Work with cross-functional teams and manage deliverables to meet project milestones
• Manage risk activities; escalate issues in a timely fashion
• Identify and resolve issues within the project team
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution
• Ensure program profitability is at or above the committed targets

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of successful deliveries and projects
• Honesty and transparency
• High level of the communications skills
• Valid experience in Project management, including ownership of business targets and industrialization
