For one of our sales units in Sii Warsaw, we are looking for a talented Sales Person who will help us to take our unit to the next level.

You will be responsible for cooperation both with our customers and candidates in the field of the recruitment process. You will be also acting as a Line Manager for our Sii Power People.

• Hiring new IT Sii Power People in accordance with project budgets
• Cooperating with Recruitment Department in terms of employing and searching for the best candidates
• Maintaining professional contact with candidates and building good relationships with them
• Responsible for account management and development to maximize account revenue and achieve sales targets
• Establish professional relationships with existing customers and prospect accounts, lead meetings and negotiations to pursue business opportunities

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT recruitment or at IT sales positions
• Very good English skills (minimum B2)
• Attitude for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Determination and ambition to achieve targets
• Ability to plan and organize own workflow and team’s work, prioritize tasks, and focus on timeliness of problem-solving
• Openness, excellent communication skills
• Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility for the customer
