We are looking for Business Analyst. You will work in biotechnology sector, developing solutions for molecular diagnostics and life science applications (instruments for DNA/RNA purification). You will collaborate with development teams located in Poland, Germany, Spain and in the UK.

• Working on one of the most innovative diagnostic products (dPCR, Syndromic Testing and other)
• Responsibility for gathering requirements, leading project workshops with developers, business team
• Elaborating and updating project documentation, including requirements and technical specifications, UML diagrams
• Building positive working relationship with teams and stakeholders

• Good understanding of software development and software lifecycle processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Working experience in requirements gathering in software projects
• Good knowledge of UML or BPMN, experience in user story and diagrams creating
• Experience in managing different groups of stakeholders and helping them find common ground
• Very good spoken and written English
• Experience with development in regulated environments, preferably medical devices is an advantage
• Practical experience in Agile software development and biotechnology knowledge is a plus
