We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, to become a part of Sii Gdansk Recruitment team of eleven. Joining us gives you an opportunity to improve your recruitment skills and expand your knowledge of new technologies, through participating in internal and external trainings.

• Supporting Recruitment Team in carrying out recruitment processes for projects in IT and Engineering sectors
• Sourcing and active acquiring of candidates by using various recruitment techniques (direct search, networking, headhunting, Boolean Search)
• Searching for new sources of candidates and testing them
• Making initial selection, choosing the best applicants for a given position and conducting phone screenings with potential candidates
• Building positive relations with candidates and maintaining Candidate Experience at the highest level during whole recruitment process
• Participating in job fairs and other Employer Branding events

• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar position in recruitment agencies, software houses, or outsourcing companies, would be an asset
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
• Knowledge of IT sector would be welcome
• Good English
• Higher education (preferred fields of study: psychology, sociology, human resource management, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to connect with people easily, build and maintain positive relations
• Attitude for building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
• Goal-oriented person, constantly looking for new opportunities
• Being customer-oriented and understanding customer needs
• Resourcefulness, creativity, eagerness for finding new solutions and alternative sources of candidates
• Very good organization of work
