Project for a major pharma company. Our work has an impact on the availability of environments used during statistical processing of clinical trials and hence on making new treatments available for patients.

Your role

  • Resolving incidents related to the use of domain-specific applications
  • Keeping track of delivered work in accordance with ITIL
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools (like HP-SM) and JIRA Tools
  • Collaboration with global IT support teams
  • Working with documentation (technical, SOP/TOP, guides)
  • Availability for on-call service (shared within the large L3 Team)  

Your skills
  • 3+ years of experience related to application support (of type L2 or already as L3)
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL's
