We are looking for Business Development Manager with fluent English to sell Sii services in nearshoring model to customers in the UK. You will join a team of 15 people working with leaders in the following industries: banking, insurance pharmaceutical, energy, and retail.

If you have experience in selling B2B services and you are good at building business relationships with clients – join us and have a real impact on the development of Sii.

Your role

  • Promoting and selling the whole spectrum of Sii services
  • Responsibility for blended duties including business development and account management in the UK
  • Direct responsibility for creating a profitable book of clients
  • Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
  • Conducting market analysis, target and engagement identification
  • Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the client’s requests
  • Cooperating with Sii Competency Centers and Recruitment departments in terms of implementing new services for clients

Your skills
  • At least 3 years of experience as Sales Manager in B2B segment
  • Business proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel to UK (estimated 3-4 times/year)
  • Experience in the IT sector will be an advantage
