Join our team and be part of a large structure responsible for procurement, vendors and purchasing in the marketing department of our Client’s organization.

You will work in an international environment using English in your daily work and you can carry out your duties 100% remotely from home or our modern office in Poznań.

Your role

  • Posting invoices from the internal system, including troubleshooting issues such as taxes, overages, blocked invoices, etc.
  • Providing daily assistance and full support for collaborative teams
  • Creating Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order globally
  • Review US contracts for “keywords” to decide which path to take
  • Processing PRs globally following rules for each country
  • Tracking items in established methods (Excel & Allocadia)
  • Communication with requesters/Procurement/Vendors
  • Handle all issues/problems that arise with PRs
  • New vendor onboarding
  • Communicate with the vendor for paperwork/issues
  • Submitting/monitoring applications in an internal system

Your skills
  • Able to take direction and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills - advanced English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent proofreading/data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • SAP experience and Procurement knowledge a plus, but not required
