We are looking for a Collateral Management Analyst to join the project for a global investment bank.

The analyst will actively monitor clients’ derivative and securities financing portfolios. The team manages various complex processes, with members developing skills and competencies around derivative and security products and their respective business areas, legal agreements, technology flows, and regulations. 

• Reducing counterparty credit risk through performance of a number of operational processes 
• Interacting with clients in a wide range of areas, including Credit Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Sales and Trading 
• Developing a deeper understanding of complex transactions and work with our business partners to progress our business goals 
• Demonstrating an innovative and a proactive approach, highlighting inefficiencies, risks and implementing improvements

• Proven analytical skills with minimum 3 years of experience working in finance operations
• Teamwork skills, as well as the ability to listen and communicate effectively with others, both verbally and written
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
• Fluent level of English
