Brief job description

Our Competency Center, whose members are using world leaders' tools, is one of the largest Performance Test Teams in Poland.

Our engineers work in a wide range of tested technologies - from websites and API, through ERP technology and video streaming, to IoT. They also use elements of artificial intelligence in performance tests.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality of tests and achieve even the most demanding goals of our customers.

• Create innovative Next Generation Performance Tests
• Test planning and implementing
• Building a performance testing environment
• Preparing scripts using chosen tools (such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner)
• Results collecting using APM Tools
• Building automated analysis mechanisms
• Full process automation using CI/CD tools, APM tools, Performance Testing tools, and automated analysis
• Participation in demanding projects for clients from various sectors
• Working with people with many years of experience in conducting performance tests
• Proposing performance indicators
• Perform root cause analysis of performance problems  

• At least two years of experience in performance testing
• One or more of languages: JavaScript, Python, Scala, C#
• Linux, Windows
• Version Control System (f.e. Git, SVN)
• Understand Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and knowledge of API technology and JSON structure
• Linux, Windows performance tuning
• Experience with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins) and an understanding of the software and testing life cycle
• A solid understanding of the performance testing methodology
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
