IT Operations is a Competency Center responsible for the implementation of tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of workstations and mobile devices, such as computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and printers (DELL, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Samsung). What is more, we focus on maintaining servers, operating systems, networks (Windows, Linux, CISCO, Azure, AWS), databases (SQL, Oracle), and applications (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365).

Currently, we are looking for a Service Desk Specialist. If you meet the requirements below, join us!

Your role

  • Providing 1st line support through phone and e-mail, creating work tickets, and routing 2nd and 3rd line support when needed
  • Delivering remote assistance through various tools to resolve issues
  • Maintaining regular communication with managers and users through voicemail, e-mail, and in-person communication
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware failures
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to improve processes and customer service, providing recommendations for improvements
  • Sharing information by creating knowledge entries in the knowledge database and participating in the reviews of existing knowledge articles to ensure accuracy
  • Demonstrating a basic knowledge of infrastructure & application systems and of the system’s areas supporting the business functions 
  • Directing workflow within the team

Your skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Knowledge of M365 applications and services
  • Ability to provide excellent client service
  • Experience with remote desktop tools
  • Ability to apply diagnostic techniques for problem troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply the best practices of information technology to troubleshooting activities
  • Good level of written and spoken English
