We are looking for an Asset Servicing Analyst to join the project for a global investment bank. The analyst will work within a regional team collaborating with other groups across the globe, with the opportunity to learn and train cross-function. The team’s role is to support both internal and external clients throughout the lifecycle of large-scale events, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Shareholder Meetings, and Bankruptcies. Moreover, the team creates the announcement information, instructs client and firm elections into the market, and distributes and reconciles entitlements, alongside a dedicated client-facing service team.

• Identifying client needs and managing client and business partner expectations in a timely manner
• Working on the foundations of great client experience and leveraging available internal tools
• Establishing, cultivating and leveraging relationships to identify and execute process enhancements
• Paying strong attention to detail and developing awareness of reputational risk and accountability
• Articulating operational and risk impacts related to a specific task or procedure

• Experience with Asset Servicing in a global market or another securities-related function
• Understanding of the broker-dealer environment and the key associated market risks
• Work towards challenging goals and persisting in the face of obstacles
• Strong team player, as well as the attitude of a person who is flexible and seeks to help other team members
• Ability to work within a high-risk environment and meet challenging deadlines and target
• Good knowledge of English
