Currently, we are looking for an expert in FPGA programming for our R&D team, which deals with the design of MACH control and security systems. This is a new, innovative project for the next-generation control platform, to meet the growing demand for HVDC installations worldwide, mainly in the area of offshore wind farm connection.

• Participating in the entire design cycle of the next-generation HVDC control and protection system based on FPGA modules
• Developing, simulating, and validating with the use of VHDL, ModelSim, and VUnit
• Taking part in the continuous integration process
• Prototyping and testing on real HW
• Cooperating with international teams in the Agile methodology

• At least 2 years of experience in FPGA/ ASIC design and simulation in VHDL or Verilog
• Understanding of synchronous design, time constraining, and static timing analysis
• Experience with laboratory equipment, prototyping, and testing
• Expertise in modeling in High-Level Synthesis would be a plus
• Familiarity with self-testing test benches and regression tests would be an advantage
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model from Cracow
