We are looking for a business-minded Business Manager experienced in domestic and international sales, preferably in IT services.

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for business development and establishing good relations with Sii clients in Germany, and acquiring new customers.

• Actively acquire new customers from key sectors (retail, banking, automotive, utilities, high-tech, healthcare) based in Germany and interested in nearshore services
• Sell IT services in order to foster business development
• Be responsible for organizing and conducting sales processes for Germany-based clients, including meetings with customers (business travels), preparation of offers and presentations and coordination of contracts
• Support business development through participation in pre-sales process
• Achieve defined sales objectives
• Observe and analyze the market
• Create sales and marketing strategies related to products and services for the German market in cooperation with the Marketing Department
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities developed together with the Marketing Department
• Act in accordance with mission, main goals, and key values of the company

• At least 2 years of experience in international sales of projects and services
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in general
• Experience in preparing sales offers and conducting promotional presentations
• Higher education (IT or Business degree is preferred)
• IT and software technical expertise is a plus
• High-achieving personality, goal-orientation, dedication and self-reliance
• Passion, determination, and can-do attitude, natural ability to create good, positive relationships with people
