We are looking for a natural leader with a passion for sales and business to develop the merchandising area for the oldest club in Warsaw and for the largest IT company in Poland.

• Manage merchandising & gadget strategy for both Sii & Polonia Warszawa
• Be responsible for business development: promoting, selling and distributing products to Sii employees and Polonia Warszawa fans, searching for new customers, developing a pricing strategy, managing budget and finances, generating profit
• Manage direct sales and sales via the website and corporate intranet
• Create and purchase products, select suppliers and negotiate prices
• Be responsible for logistics, scheduling deliveries and shipping products to end customers: run warehouse management in AX and develop BI reports
• Develop marketing strategy, manage online and offline marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, promotions, photo shoots, video productions, graphic designs
• Promote gadgets to Sii employees and introduce new gadgets to increase Sii employee satisfaction and increase brand recognition
• Ensure smooth customer service, building positive relationships with Sii employees and Polonia fans

• At least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, marketing, sales or product management
• Experience in project management, preferably in the area of Merchandising, knowledge of the purchasing process
• Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of Office packages, especially MS Excel
• Knowledge of e-commerce systems, ERP and WMS programs is a plus
• Great communication and networking skills that build strong, trusting business relationships from the first contact
• Strong leadership and management skills, charisma and enthusiasm
• Outstanding sales, business development, and customer relation skills
• Effective time management and multitasking, ability to prioritize well and delegate tasks
• Problem-solving attitude and conflict management skills that are required to work with different types of personalities (club fans)
• Experience in both apparel and graphic design will be an asset
