We are looking for a Communication Specialist to join our Master Data Governance project.

In this role, you will create the communication plan alongside the Change Manager and you will own the communication goals and tools to help our business to adapt to new ways of working.

The job will require an on-site presence in Aarhus, Denmark.

• Plan and execute communications activities in alignment with project milestone plans
• Develop and secure good communication with stakeholders to improve their engagement in becoming more data-driven
• Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments
• Ensure that project stakeholders and end users understand what it takes to ‘treat data as an asset, handle master data, and implement data governance
• Evolve the communication around our Analytics Platform and Master Data Governance
• Orchestrate relevant training and material for onboarding of colleagues on how to work with our new solutions
• Research and write internal press releases and content for the company website

• Experience in working on communication in the area of data and analytics/governance
• Content writing experience for all media platforms (e.g. SharePoint)
• High Ownership – you think long-term and don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results; you are a team player and never say “that’s not my job”
• “Bias for Action” approach – when you make decisions you are ready to adapt to change, knowing that most actions are reversible and do not need extensive study
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Working well under pressure and being able to meet a tight deadline
• Having a high computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
• Excellent English
