We are looking for a Regulatory Analyst to join the Operations Team and work for a leading global company specializing in investment banking, financial instruments, and investment management.

The Team supports onboarding new clients, maintenance, and data quality management of existing clients. Moreover, the Team assists in the coordination of regulatory compliance checks.

• Approving openings of new accounts
• Designing procedures to reflect changing regulatory requirements
• Cooperating with internal and external clients to obtain relevant onboarding requirements
• Answering queries about client accounts/relationships
• Escalating potential relationship issues and devising possible resolutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivation and proactive team player attitude
• Experience in liaising with clients, ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure, excellent organizational skills
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office
