• Leading the definition and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring that they meet stated expectations in terms of timelines, scope, budget, and quality
• Providing end-to-end management across multiple projects
• Managing project stakeholder expectations for project deliverables via communications
• Cooperating with stakeholders to determine the scope, business requirements, solution design, and success criteria
• Creating and maintaining detailed project and resource plans, RAIDD logs, and other project documents to support effective project tracking and management in line with the requirements of our internal IT Operating Model
• Cooperating with internal and external teams to ensure that IT system changes are correctly implemented, documented, and tested
• Ensuring a successful transition of projects into the business
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery
• Developing and maintaining relationships with project teams, stakeholders, delivery partners, 3rd party vendors

• Relevant project management qualifications, e.g. PMP/ RMP/ MSP
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the successful management of end-to-end project delivery of IT projects in retail companies, preferably with international experience
• Experience in delivering technology projects with a large impact on end users
• Previous work with managing complex projects with a Waterfall methodology
• Experience in resource forecast planning
• Good experience in establishing and running effective project governance
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Solid understanding of producing and managing financial forecasts and budgets
• Ability to travel across Europe when required
