We are seeking a result-oriented Business Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry, specializing in international business development and sales of Engineering, R&D, or IT services.

As the Business Manager for our Automotive Industry Unit at Sii Poland, you will play a key role in expanding our business within this sector worldwide. You will also receive a big brand name customer to manage and develop, although the main task will be prospection.

Your role

  • Develop and execute strategies to sell a comprehensive range of Sii services to existing automotive industry clients while identifying and acquiring new customers
  • Lead and manage a team of Sii Engineers dedicated to serving automotive clients
  • Recruit and onboard IT Engineers with the required skills and expertise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring exceptional customer service on a daily basis
  • Prepare compelling offers and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients
  • Collaborate with Sii Competency Centers and Recruitment Departments to implement new services and meet client requirements
  • Support business development by actively participating in the presale process

Your skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling Engineering, R&D, or IT services
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships, with a focus on practical prospection skills
  • Strong track record of identifying new business opportunities and securing profitable contracts
  • Experience in working with large companies
  • Independent and professional approach with excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Initiative, creativity, a can-do attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English at a minimum C1 level
  • German language skills are highly desirable

Optional:

  • Experience in selling IT, consulting, and outsourcing services
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry's needs and solutions
