We are looking for a skilled Siebel Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the CRM system in the loyalty sector. Our project involves working with Siebel version 23.3, which manages customer data for over 20 million active customers. Siebel serves as a comprehensive repository for all contact information and enrollment details.
As a Siebel Developer at Sii, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring the seamless functionality of our custom web interface. This interface allows customers to access and view their personal data stored in Siebel, providing them with convenient self-service options. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our call center agents, equipping them with the necessary tools and features in Siebel to effectively consult and assist customers.
