We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team as IT Support Professionals, with a particular focus on language skills in English, French, and one of the following languages: Italian or Dutch, or Spanish.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and contribute to the seamless operation of our client's systems. Your fluency in English and French and one of the additional languages (Italian, Dutch, or Spanish) will allow you to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and resolving technical challenges.

• Providing remote support to users in English, French, and one of the following languages: Italian/ Dutch/ Spanish
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT problems via phone and email
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems
• Collaborating with support teams to ensure efficient problem resolution
• Documenting and tracking all support activities in our ticketing system
• Assisting in testing and evaluating new technologies and software solutions

• Proficiency in English and French, and one of the following languages: Italian, Dutch, or Spanish
• Proven 6 months of experience in IT support or a related field
• Familiarity with operating systems: Windows, macOS
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to providing exceptional support

• Relevant certifications, e.g. Microsoft Certified Professional
