The Salesforce Competency Center is a unit bringing together over 100 Salesforce Specialists who provide advanced services related to Salesforce solutions for clients around the world. We specialize in consulting services, system implementations, training, and maintenance services for customers in all market sectors. Sii is a certified Salesforce implementation partner.

Join our Team as a Delivery Manager and coordinate the implementation/ development projects carried out by our Competency Center for our clients!

Your role

Managing IT projects in an international environment
Taking direct responsibility for the financial results of projects
Planning, organizing, and monitoring the work of the subordinate team
Preparing offers from the technical and commercial side in cooperation with the Sales Department
Supporting business units and sales in the pre-sales process
Building and maintaining long-term, professional relationships with clients and verifying the emerging needs of clients in the context of starting cooperation in new areas
Creating reports and summaries showing the level of services provided in accordance with the agreed parameters
Implementing best practices and optimizing processes

Your skills

At least 3 years of experience in IT project management or IT service delivery management
Extensive IT knowledge: knowledge of IT-related issues, methodologies and tools
Familiarity with the IT services market and other sales processes
Experience in customer relationship management
Skills and experience in managing IT projects in the Supplier-Client model
Previous work in coordination presales processes
Highly developed communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Focus on effectiveness and timeliness of solving tasks
Practical knowledge of Agile and standard (Waterfall) delivery methodology
Knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by at least 1 certificate – PRINCE2, PMI, AgilePM, or similar
