Junior User Supporter

- Providing application support for users
- User accounts and authorization management
- Cooperation with international support teams
- Register all incoming incidents and questions according to ITIL
- Working with technical and process documentation
- University degree or final years student (preferably in Computer Science or related)
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL - nice to have
- Good knowledge of English
- Nice and open-minded
- Ability to work in a team
- Focus on effectiveness and timeliness of problem solving
- Ability to quick understand the subject and problem solving, high analytical skills
