Account Executive – Banking Sector

Location: Warszawa

The challenges waiting for you:

  • Business development in sales of Banking Sector
  • Developing great and long lasting relationships with customers
  • Participating in the pre-sales process and providing support to Sales Managers
  • Responsibility for achieving sales KPI’s

Required skills:

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience as sales manager or consultant / PM in business services and projects delivery organization or final customers or within system integrators. 
  • Wide knowledge about IT services market
  • Wide knowledge about banking sector (IT systems, business processes). Relations with high level directors from banks, both in IT & business departments. Ability to build trust and relations on all levels of customer’s organization 
  • Ability to understand customer’s problems & create solutions in response 
  • Ability to sell high level consulting services & win M PLN deals
  • Ability to build with Sii Competency Centers dedicated products & solutions for banking sectors;
  • Ability to promote, win and deliver whole spectrum of Sii services among customers  (i.e. staffing ; project & system integration, managed services) 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to setup positive cooperation with Sii team members; 
  • Drive and ambition to win & deliver contracts, strong focus on target 
  • Fluent English is a must
