We are looking for a skilled and reliability-driven Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen our engineering team. In this role, you will combine hands-on 2nd-level support experience with monitoring, automation, and reliability engineering. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability and observability of a critical component of our reference data delivery chain.
Your tasks
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring dashboards
- Improving alert quality and reducing noise through effective threshold and metric design
- Analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior to proactively detect anomalies
- Automating operational processes using Ansible and scripting
- Contributing to CI/CD and deployment reliability improvements
- Continuously optimizing system reliability, availability, and operational efficiency
- Providing 2nd-level support for production systems and critical business applications
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and performance issues
- Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and documenting findings in a structured manner
- Collaborating with development teams on sustainable issue resolution and contributing to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or 2nd-level production support
- Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack and Grafana for monitoring, logging, and observability
- Strong experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
- Good hands-on experience with Git/GitLab and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation of operational processes
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP
- Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ownership skills in complex environments
- Fluent English communication is required; immediate joiners and candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred

Wymagania

- Silne umiejętności analityczne, rozwiązywania problemów, oraz odpowiedzialności w złożonych środowiskach
- Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego jest wymagana; preferowani są kandydaci, którzy mogą dołączyć natychmiast lub aktualnie odbywają okres wypowiedzenia
