Head of BPO Services / BPO Practice Director

Location: Warszawa

The challenges waiting for you:

  • Launch a new investment in Sii, the Business Processes Outsourcing Unit
  • Build Sii offering in the area of BPO such as:
    • Administration support management 
    • Business trips management 
    • Procurement 
    • Project administration & billing 
    • Worker administration management 
    • Fleet management 
    • Accounting or payroll 
    • Graphic & social media management
    • Other

  • Define SWOT & USP against competitors
  • Define and execute the unit’s sales, business development & marketing strategy in order to obtain leads & opportunities
  • Manage sales & presales activities
  • Manage delivery of services under his/her responsibility in the areas: risks, budget, quality assurance, methodology, controlling, reporting and planning. Organize & lead the work of the delivery teams 
  • HR / Team / People management
  • Be responsible for a P&L unit
  • Cooperate with other company units: sales, finance, back-office, PMO, legal

Required skills:

  • Ambitious Leader
  • Experience in management of a unit responsible for providing BPO services
  • Experience in sales and client acquisition of BPO services
  • Hands-on experience with organizing delivery of BPO services
  • Wide knowledge on the relevant market, competition and clients
  • Good sales and presales skills
  • Minimum 10 years’ professional experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience gained in BPO services business 
  • University education 
  • Dynamic and very ambitious person, not afraid of challenges
  • Good organization of work and excellent skills to manage people
  • Positive Energy. Ability to energize others
  • Passion. Deep and authentic excitement about work
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
  • Nice and open-minded
  • Ability to understand customer’s problems & create solutions in response 
  • Ability to sell high level consulting services & win large deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drive and ambition to win & deliver contracts, strong focus on target 
  • Ability to recruit top level subordinates team; build close contact / partnership / open-minded relation with them. Closely monitor subordinates KPI help them to perform & win 
  • Fluent English proficiency
