Required Competencies:
• 3+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster or equivalent leadership role in an agile team
• 2+ years of large scale Agile experience
• Experience with various software development methodologies and processes appreciated
• Experience with technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
• Experience with an Agile Management tool
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship building, collaboration and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail are a must, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, and energetic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Agile Coach or practitioner
• CSM, CSPO or other Agile certifications
• Experience working as part of a 100% distributed team
• Experience as a trainer
• Writing and presentation skills a plus
• Experience in quality analysis and/or requirements management
• Experience implementing and managing non-Scrum frameworks such as Kanban and XP
• Experience in SAFe
• Experience in working with JIRA and/or TFS
• Hands on experience in at least 2 different Scrum projects; We need someone who has seen enough of all aspects of Scrum implementations to have a proven success record as well as strong opinion about how to shape ours
