ISTQB Foundation and project management trainings – gain solid foundations
The Sii Training Practice, offering open courses since September, has prepared something special for those, who have decided to gain new or consolidate and systemize already existing skills.
The offer includes typical IT trainings, as for example the ISTQB Foundation training, which allows to gain fundamental testing knowledge, as well as accredited and original project management courses.

Detailed Description
The ISTQB Foundation training is the first of a series of ISTQB trainings. It includes knowledge absolutely indispensable in the work of a professional tester. During the course, the participants will learn about the value of testing in the software development process and will get to know testing techniques and tools, in an accessible form of practical exercises, supplemented with theory.
The training is addresses all persons engaged in the software testing process.
For October, we have also prepared three entry level trainings, from the area of project management, realized at Sii in Warsaw: the accredited Prince 2 training, Agile PM Foundation, for those who prefer an agile approach to project management over traditional methods, as well as an original training – Project Management Foundation, created based on many years of experience in running and monitoring projects; the program, gives the opportunity of getting familiar with various methods, and choosing the one best suited to the participants’ individual needs.
The trainings address all persons taking part in projects, regardless of their industry and subject, starting with project managers, through project subsidiaries, up to project team members.
Why Sii
Sii trainings are conducted by accredited coaches with many years of practice, e.g. Rafał Kwatek – a project consultant and manager with over 10 years of professional experience. Rafał holds the ITIL Expert, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner and the Lean IT Foundation certificates and the Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Already several thousand persons have participated in his trainings.
