Recruitment specialists from across Poland meet in Warsaw

Between the 11th and 13th of October, the Sii Recruitment Department Meeting took place. This yearly event gathers all members of the HR & Recruitment Department from all 8 branches of Sii Poland.

The aim of this countrywide convention is to discuss the achievements of the previous year, the problems and challenges of the changing market and to present ideas for improvements.

As every year, also this time Sii’s CEO Gregoire Nitot participated in the summit, as to him Recruitment and HR is an extremely important element of the functioning of the entire company. Also Sii’s Chief Commercial Officer Ryszard Pytko and representatives of the Marketing, Sales Support and Communication Department were present.

Over three days, numerous summary meetings and knowledge exchange meetings for Branch Directors took place, as well as a Q&A session with Gregoire Nitot and a presentation of the achievements of the Recruitment & HR Department. Case studies from different branches were discussed. On the last day, teams from Gdańsk, Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań and Wrocław presented their ideas for improvements. After intense work, there was also some space for fun and integration for all the participants.

I think that the Sii Recruitment Department Meeting is a great opportunity to provide key information about its main achievements and discuss plans for the upcoming year. It is also a perfect time for exchanging experiences and integrating with other teams, which on a daily basis, work in different cities. The ideas worked out by the teams are the best inspiration for bettering our work for the benefit of Sii – says Wojciech Dreja, Recruitment Director at Sii.
