Sii amongst the best employers for the fourth time
Once more Sii was awarded the Great Place to Work prize. For the fourth time the company is amongst the winners of this prestigious distinction granted to the best workplaces in Poland. This year Sii was ranked 5th in the category “Best employers with over 500 employees in Poland”.
The Great Place to Work title is awarded based on anonymous audit sent to randomly chosen employees of a given company. In the latest edition of the study, as many as 87% of people, who filled the survey, consider Sii to be an excellent workplace.
– Nevertheless, what brings me the most satisfaction at work are happy people. If we generated a huge profit and yet I could see that the people are unhappy – I wouldn’t like to work in such company. Many people work hard for Sii to develop and the Great Place to Work title is a joint success of the entire team. Revenue growth and profit generation are also crucial since the company’s financial stability is the key to Sii’s strong position as an employer – says Gregoire Nitot, the founder and CEO of Sii Poland.
The results have been announced during a gala, which took place on Tuesday. – We are proud that it’s been another year of consequently realising our mission “Power People” in practice. We would like to thank our employers that everyday they strive to make Sii a Great Place to Work, where we not only pursue projects, but also have great fun together. Moreover, the engagement ouf our employees in the audit is truly admirable. Honest opinions of our employees allow us to constantly grow and the award is a motivation to work even harder – said Joanna Kucharska, Chief Human Resources Officer in Sii Polska, while collecting the prize.
According to a global standard of the Great Place to Work audit, the final evaluation consists of two aspects: the Trust Index, reflecting the employees’ opinions about the relations in the workplace and the Culture Audit – a HR practices analysis. Organizations that build trust and create a positive feedback between the employees’ individual efforts and their appreciation, build organizational cultures which bring companies to outstanding business results.
