Sii Poland is growing faster than ever before! 806 specialists joined the company in Q3 2021
Sii Poland had another very successful quarter – the company continues to develop dynamically, employing top-class experts. Since July this year, 806 specialists have joined Sii. The fact that the company creates a stable and friendly workplace is also confirmed by awards in international competitions – Great Place to Work Europe and Employer Branding Stars.
Currently, Sii Poland employs over 6 000 people in 14 locations all over Poland. Only from July to the end of September, 806 specialists joined the Sii team, mainly Java, .NET, Python and Frontend developers, automation and manual testers, analysts, project managers and back office specialists. The candidates are primarily attracted by diverse and ambitious projects implemented for global brands such as Mercedes, Puma, Roche, ABB, 3M, Reckitt Benckiser, Staples, mBank, Ingenico and many more. Sii has repeatedly proved that they are a people-oriented company – this is also confirmed by international awards, such as 2nd place on the list of the Best Employers in Europe, created by the Great Place to Work Institute, as well as the Employer Branding Star title, awarded to companies that build the best employer brands.

Since 2010, the “Recommend a friend to Sii” program has been steadily growing in popularity among Sii’s workers. They are the best and most reliable source of information about the work atmosphere and development opportunities at the company. In the 3rd quarter of 2021, the recruitment department received 857 recommendations, which means that Sii maintains a constant, high number of referrals – about 30% of newly employed workers comes from the program.
The demand for Sii’s specialists can be seen in each of the sectors: from medical through financial, banking, e-commerce to automotive. The projects are searched, among others Java, .NET, Python, Frontend, C++ developers, DevOps engineers, SAP and Salesforce consultants, testers or experts from the engineering area.
